This machine can guarantee you a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution, cleaning 98% + removing all Ash and Soot. The DCS-17 is designed to perform a complete filter regeneration on the larger specification DPFs as fitted to cars, vans and trucks.
How Does It Work?
It works in much the same way as the revolutionary DCS-16 DPF cleaning machine. First, the DPF is removed from the vehicle and then sealed with the supplied bung. Then the DPF is filled with Power Cleaner, a unique DPF cleaning solution, and left to stand for 20-30 minutes. The cleaning solution reacts with the contents of the filter causing the blockage and lifts the ash and soot from every surface.
The DPF is then connected to the DCS-17 to power wash the filter and remove any impurities. Once complete, the DPF can be re-fitted to the vehicle, completely clean and free of any blockage-causing carbon/soot/ash build up.
